We at Uprise Skateshop are big fans of both Dark Matter's Unicorn Blood and Chocolate City, so we wanted to create a blend that merged these two ideas and flavor profiles.
The base of this blend is a bright and juicy Santa Barbara from Colombia, a washed coffee with a surprising amount of acidity, with red fruit and citrus in the cup. Paired this with a classic Guatemalan bean around these parts, and a washed Catuai from San Jeronimo Miramar to tone down some of the wildness and bring a fudginess to the blend.
